Dodge Durango III WD (2014-2022)
Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood take out the caps (inserted from top to bottom) and remove the trim and seal.
-we release the upper part of the bumper from the clamps (the grille trim, pull up).
-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels.
-in the wheel arches we take out two pistons on each side that secure the lining of the arches.
-we release from the latches (pull towards ourselves) the lining of the arches (front part).
-under the overlays, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the sides of the bumper and fender liner (front).
-we release the clips (you need to turn counterclockwise) and unscrew the screws that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-we release the latches in the wings and under the headlights (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the two screws.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws and take out the caps.
-in the wheel arches we take out the caps that secure the lining of the arches.
-we release from the latches (pull towards ourselves) the lining of the arches (rear part).
-under the overlays, unscrew the screws that secure the sides of the bumper and the caps that secure the fender liner (rear).
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-we release the latch in the opening of the trunk.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
