How to remove the front and rear bumper Dodge Dakota (1997-2004)

Dodge Dakota II (1997-2004)

Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points may vary slightly.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-disconnect connectors from electrical equipment.

-we release the latches that secure the air deflector to the bottom of the bumper trim.

-unscrew the bolts of fastening to the body.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward.

Rear bumper

-climb under the car.

-disconnect electrical connectors.

-unscrew the three nuts securing the brackets to the body.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back.
