How to remove front and rear bumper Volvo 740-960

Depending on the model year and body type of attachment may vary.

Front bumper

The bumper is removed along with the amp and shock absorbers. From the engine compartment need to Unscrew the four bolts and two nuts that secure the shock absorbers to the side members. Then take out all the Assembly forward.

You can still remove the shock absorbers from the amplifier, but the nuts is usually very sour.

Rear bumper

As well as front, rear bumper removed, along with shock absorbers and power steering. Depending on the type of the body Unscrew from the trunk or from the bottom four screws and two nuts that secure the shock absorbers to the side members. Pulls all here ago.
