How to remove front and rear bumper SEAT Mii

SEAT Mii I (2011-2023)

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood take out the three pistons that secure the upper part of the bumper (radiator grille).

-from the bottom take out six caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-turn the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liner (front).

-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.

-release the clips in the wings (pull the corners towards you).

-we release the clips under the hood.

-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws.

-in the wheel arches, we release the fender liner (rear).

-unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-from the bottom, take out the four clips that secure the bottom of the bumper (inserted from the bottom up).

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-with an assistant, pull the rear bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect the license plate lighting connectors.
