Front bumper
-Unscrew the wheel left or right depending on which side will Unscrew first.
-wheel arches Unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner to the bumper.
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one bolt on each side holding the corners of the bumper to the brackets.
-on the left side (facing)of the bumper remove the temperature sensor.
-open the hood and remove the grille fans (two plastic clips need to turn counter-clockwise arrows at ninety degrees).
-at the corners in a recess between the bumper and the fan Unscrew one nut on each side.
-Unscrew two bolts on each side on the sides of the headlights.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper itself.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights.
-if there is paramilitary disconnect the hoses from the injectors and close them with stoppers that from the reservoir was leaking fluid
-if you have sensors, remove the common connector.
Rear bumper
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and pull out the rivets that attach the fender liner to the bumper (so as not to remove the wheels, use a ratchet with a nozzle).
-in the corners, Unscrew the screws (spun upwards) holding the bumper to the wings (if any).
-in the trunk remove the trim panel.
-pushed aside the side trim (you need to access the tail lights).
-under sheathing, below the rear lights, Unscrew two nuts from each side and one bolt in the middle (if any) holding the bumper together with the amplifier to the body.
-pulls the bumper with the side rails at yourself (do it better with an assistant, so as not to scratch the paint).
-remove connector from the PDC (if any).
-the bumper is cleared.
