Depending on the year and configuration of the attachment locations can vary. If the bumper has never been withdrawn, unable to stand rivet which must be drilled out.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the two screws near the headlights, and three over the grille that secure the upper part.
-remove the bottom grille (rests on the latch, pull on yourself) and Unscrew her two screws (spun up).
-take out the caps on the perimeter of the lower part (inserted from the bottom up).
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches take out the caps and removed the wheel arches (the front part).
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the clamps that secure the corners to the fenders (pull toward the engine and yourself).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward from the rails in the wings (look for wires).
-release the connectors for fog lamps (easier to remove chocks from light bulbs), turn signals, Parking sensors and temperature sensor (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk remove the plastic cover of the rear panel.
-the plating of the rear panel Unscrew the six nuts.
-we release the side Luggage compartment trim (need to access the inner part of the wings).
-in the inner part of the fenders Unscrew two of wine (swirling from top to bottom) on each side.
-Unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the bottom (spun up).
-wheel arches take out the caps and removed the wheel arches (rear).
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper backwards (look for wires).
-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
