Depending on the year and configuration of the attachment locations can vary.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the four screws (spun down) and remove the grille (the bottom rests on the latch).
-the grille, Unscrew the two screws (spun down) that secure the upper part of the bumper.
-from the bottom Unscrew the screws and remove the protection.
-for protection, roughly between the lower grille and fog lamps, Unscrew the two screws
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches take out the caps, Unscrew one screw from the bottom and removed the arch liners (the front part).
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew the screws (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper (look for wires).
-release the connectors on the Parking sensors, fog lights, temperature sensor (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove up lining above the rear lights (holding latches).
-under pads take out the plugs and Unscrew through the holes, one screw on each side (twisted upside down).
-in the trunk take out the caps and remove the up trim of the rear panel (holding latches).
-free edges of the side panels (need to access the rear part of the rear lights).
-the side panels Unscrew the four nuts on each side and remove the tail lights.
-for covering the back panel, through the holes, Unscrew the four nuts.
-at the bottom, Unscrew the screws, remove the caps and release the rear part of the protection.
-Unscrew the four screws and remove two pistons (spun upwards) from the bottom.
-wheel arches take out the caps and removed the wheel arches (rear).
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings and take out two pistons.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves) and under the rear lights.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper backwards (look for wires).
-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
