Depending on the year and configuration of the attachment locations can vary.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, remove the pads and Unscrew the six screws that secure the top.
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws and take out the rivets that attach the fender liner and protection.
-for protection Unscrew two hidden screws (spun in the direction from the engine).
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches pulled three pistons on each side and removed the wheel arches (the front part).
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew two screws on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the fasteners in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper down and yourself).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward (look for wires).
-release the connectors on the Parking sensors, fog lights, temperature sensor (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk remove the plastic cover of the rear panel.
-for the casing, through the holes in the rear panel, Unscrew the four nuts.
-in the side casings open the cap, Unscrew them by three nuts on each side and remove the tail lights.
-Unscrew the six screws (spun up) that secure the lower part.
-wheel arches take out the caps and removed the wheel arches (rear).
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-release the clips under the rear lights (need to pry with a screwdriver). You can also Unscrew two nuts on each side behind the side panels and remove the bumper with brackets, then the rear lights should not be removed.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper backwards (look for wires).
-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
