Depending on the year and model of the attachment points are different.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the five screws (spun down) that secure the upper part.
-at the bottom, Unscrew the screws and remove the protection.
-for protection Unscrew the two screws (spun up), pulled on the edges of the caps.
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches pulled three pistons on each side and removed the wheel arches (the front part).
-take out the rivets at the bottom holding the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew two screws on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the fasteners in the wings (move the corners of the bumper forward, then pull visas and yourself).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward (look for wires).
-release the connectors on the Parking sensors, fog lights, temperature sensor (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-if there is a removable lining (keep latches) above the rear lights.
-in the trunk remove the plastic cover of the rear panel.
-the lining in the back panel, Unscrew the two nuts (need a long head with a rattle).
-Unscrew the screws (spun up) that secure the lower part.
-wheel arches take out the caps and removed the wheel arches (rear).
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side holding the bumper corners to the wings and take out two pistons on each side.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-release the clips under the rear lights.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper backwards (look for wires).
-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
