How to remove the front and rear bumper Suzuki Ignis (2003-2008)

Suzuki Ignis II (2003-2008)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood we take out six caps that secure the upper part (radiator grille).

-from the bottom, unscrew the screws and take out the caps that secure the lower part of the bumper.

-turn the wheels to the side.

-wheel arches take out the caps that secure the fender liner and unscrew the screws that secure the side of the bumper.

-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, unscrew the four screws.

-wheel arches take out the caps that secure the fender liner (rear).

-unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the rear bumper to the wings.

-from the bottom take out the caps.

-we release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper back).

-with an assistant, pull the rear bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
