Depending on the model year and body type of attachment may vary.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the four clips that secure the upper part of the bumper and the four that attach the radiator grille.
-pull up the grille.
-in the opening of the grille, Unscrew the two screws.
-Unscrew the screws and take out the caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.
-wrenched the wheel depending on which side we understand.
-wheel arches take out the rivets and removed the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with an assistant, carefully release the latches in the wings (pull towards you).
-pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires).
-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the screws and take out the rivets that secure the upper part.
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws (spun up).
-wheel arches Unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with an assistant, carefully release the latches in the wings (pull towards you).
-pulls the bumper back.
-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
