Skoda Octavia III (A7) (2013-2020)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the four screws (spun down) that secure the grille trim (after 2017, two more bumper mounting screws).
-around the perimeter of the lower part, Unscrew the eight screws (spun up) that secure the engine protection and fender liner.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (front).
-move the fenders to the side.
-(2013-2017) unscrew two screws on each side (spun down) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-(2017-2020) we unscrew three screws on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the clips under the hood.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires and hoses).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
-(if any) disconnect the headlight washer hoses.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, remove the pads near the rear lights (they are held on by latches, you need to pry with a screwdriver).
-under the overlays, unscrew two screws on each side and remove the rear lights.
-at the bottom of the bumper, unscrew the eight screws (spun up).
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (rear).
-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side (spun down) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-we release the latches under the rear lights and in the opening of the trunk.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
