Chrysler Sebring I FJ/JX (1994-2000)
Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points may vary slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the six screws that secure the grille and the upper part of the bumper.
-at the bottom of the bumper, unscrew the screws.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (front).
-for the fender liner, unscrew two nuts on each side that secure the sides of the bumper to the wings.
-unscrew the two screws in the lower grille (if any).
-with an assistant, pull forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect connectors from electrical equipment.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk, remove the trim.
-for the skins, unscrew the nuts that secure the sides of the bumper.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws holding the fender liner (rear).
-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners to the wings.
-unscrew the two screws from the bottom (spun up).
-with an assistant, we release the corners and pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
