Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out the eight pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the trim and the upper part of the front bumper.
-remove the plastic covers above the headlights (they are held on by clips, pull up)
-under the trims, unscrew one screw on each side (take out the metal fasteners) that secure the sides of the upper part to the wings.
-lie down under the bumper and unscrew ten screws (twisted from bottom to top) securing the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, pull out one piston on each side and release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (take them by the corners and pull them towards you).
-we release the latches under the headlights and above the headlights (pull towards ourselves).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-we release the connectors of the fog lights and other electrical equipment.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-from the trunk, unscrew two nuts on each side and remove the rear lights.
-we take out the four pistons that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom, unscrew the two screws and take out the two pistons (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-release the latches in the trunk opening.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors for parking sensors and license plate lighting.
