Infiniti M45 (Y34) (2002-2004) bumper removal.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood we take out the pistons, release them from the clamps and remove the radiator grille.

-under the grille we take out three pistons that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

-from the bottom, unscrew the screws that secure the lower part.

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).

-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew two screws on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the sides to the wings.

-release the latches under the headlights.

-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).

-remove the connectors of the electrical equipment.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the trunk we release the side trims.

-behind the casings, unscrew the nuts and remove the rear lights.

-under the rear lights, take out one piston on each side that secures the upper part of the rear bumper.

-from the bottom, unscrew the two screws and take out the two pistons that secure the lower part.

-in the inside of the wings, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the sides to the wings.

-we release the clamps in the wings.

-release the latches in the trunk opening.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).

-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
