Depending on the year of release of the attachment can vary.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood remove the pickguard (if any)
-take out seven rivets (inserted upside down) and Unscrew the headlights, one screw on each side that secure the upper part.
-on the perimeter at the bottom of the bumper Unscrew the ten screws (spun up).
-wrenched the wheel depending on which side will parse the first.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners to the wings.
-with the assistant release the latch in the wings (pull on yourself), and gently pulls the bumper.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-remove connector from the PDC (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses.
-remove connectors with additional electrical equipment (if available).
Rear bumper
-in the boot remove the side trim (you need to access the rear part of the rear lights).
-for casings, Unscrew the nuts and remove the tail lights.
-take out the clips under the rear lights.
-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew the screws and take out the caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-assistant free the bumper from the clips in the fenders (pull on yourself), and gently pulls back.
-remove the electrical connectors.
