How to remove front and rear bumper Subaru Forester SJ (2014)

Front bumper

the attachment of the front bumper Subaru Forester SJ (2014)

-open the hood.

-under the hood, take out the clips that secure the grille and the upper bumper section.

-take out the caps (inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.

-wrenched the wheel depending on which side we understand.

-wheel arches take out the rivets and removed the fender liner.

-Unscrew one screw on each side that attach the bumper corners to the wings.

-(if you have one) take out the headlight washers, is released from the latches and remove the lid.

-with an assistant, carefully release the latches in the wings (pull the corners on himself) and pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires).

-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the back door.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the two screws.

-perimeter of the lower part and pull out the caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-wheel arches take out one piston on each side that attach the bumper corners to the wings.

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).

-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back.

-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
