How to remove the front and rear bumper Pontiac Vibe (2009-2010)

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, we pull out three pistons and Unscrew the three screws that attach the radiator grille and the upper part of the bumper.

-from the bottom side, we Unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons that attach the lower part.

turn the wheels out of the way.

-in the wheel arches, pull out two pistons and release one retainer (you need to rotate 90 degrees).

-with an assistant, we release the latches in the wings (we pull the corners on ourselves).

-release the latches under the headlights.

-pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, we Unscrew two screws.

-pull out the four pistons that attach the lower part (inserted from the bottom up).

-we pull the pistons out of the wheel arches.

-with an assistant, we release the latches in the wings (we pull the corners on ourselves).

-release the latches under the taillights.

-carefully pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
