Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the mounting points differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, we pull out six pistons that attach the upper part.
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel arches, we Unscrew four screws on each side, which attach the undercarriage (the front part).
-we take the slats aside and Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from the bottom up), which attach the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-from the bottom side, pull out the pistons and Unscrew the screws (screwed and inserted from the bottom up).
-with an assistant, we release the latches in the wings (we pull the corners on ourselves).
-pull the bumper forward.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if present).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-(sedan) in the trunk opening, we Unscrew two screws.
-(coupe) Unscrew the screws from the trunk in the wings.
-Unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons from the bottom side (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-pull out three pistons (screws) on each side in the wheel arches and release the slats.
-(if there is) behind the wings, we Unscrew one screw on each side, which attaches the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners on themselves).
-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back.
-remove connectors from electrical equipment.
