Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting points differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, pull out one (three) pistons and Unscrew the two screws that attach the upper part of the bumper.
-(if available) pull out two pistons in the lower radiator grille (inserted from the bottom up).
-from the bottom side, we Unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons that attach the lower part.
-turn the wheels out of the way.
-in the wheel arches, we release the undercarriage (the front part).
-we take the slats aside and Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from the bottom up), which attach the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-with an assistant, we release the latches in the wings (we pull the corners on ourselves).
-pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, we pull out the plugs and Unscrew two screws behind them.
-remove the back panel trim.
-we're screwing out four nuts behind the hull.
-pull out the pistons that attach the lower part (inserted from the bottom up).
-in the wheel arches, we release the slats (rear part).
-we take the slats aside and Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from the bottom up), which attach the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-with an assistant, we release the latches in the wings (we pull the corners on ourselves).
-carefully pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
