Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the four screws (spun down) that secure the upper part.

-unscrew the screws (spun upwards) that secure the lower part of the bumper.

-wrenched the wheel to the side.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws holding the fender liner (remove unnecessary).

-move the wing flaps to the side and unscrew two screws on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires and hoses).

-snap together the connectors of the fog lights.

-switched the hoses to the headlight washers (if any, may leak fluid).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws (spun down).

-in the trunk release the edges of the side panels (need to access the inner part of the wings).

-for skins, wings, unscrew three screws on each side.

-unscrew the five screws (spun up) that secure the lower part.

-wheel arches unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner to the bumper.

-for wheel arch liners unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners to the wings.

-with the assistant pulls the back bumper (don't want to break the wires).

-disconnect the connectors from the license plate lighting and parking sensors (if any).
