Depending on the model year and body type of the attachment points are slightly different.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the four piston (screw) that secure the upper part.
-from the bottom Unscrew the four screws (spun up) that secure the protection.
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches Unscrew two screws on each side that secure the wheel arches and corners of the bumper.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward (look for wires and hoses).
-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
-switched the hoses to the headlight washers (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
4 doors
-in the trunk of the vacated rear and side trim.
-for casings Unscrew two nuts on each side that attach the bumper reinforcement to the body.
5 doors
-take out the floor and trunk plugs.
-for plugs Unscrew two nuts on each side that attach the bumper reinforcement to the body.
-wheel arches Unscrew three screws on each side holding the wheel arch liners and side of the bumper.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper backwards (look for wires).
-snap together the connectors of the sensors (if any).
