How to remove front and rear bumper Saab 9-3 (1998-2003)

Depending on the year the site of attachment may vary slightly.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood release latch and remove the grille.

-Unscrew the screws and remove the headlamp.

-detach the washer hoses (if any).

-behind the headlights, Unscrew the two screws (twisted from top to bottom) that fasten the amplifier bumper to the body.

-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws that secure protection.

-wrenched the wheel to the side.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws, and removed the fender liner (front part).

-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward from the rails in the wings (look for wires).

-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the trunk remove the plastic cover of the rear panel.

-the plating of the rear panel Unscrew the four nuts that secure the amplifier bumper to the body.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws (drilled the rivets) holding the fender liner.

-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back with the latches in the wings (look for wires).

-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
