Depending on the year the site of attachment may vary slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the clips and remove the trim (if any).
-under the hood, Unscrew the two screws and take out the rivets that secure the upper part.
-perimeter of the lower part and pull out the caps and Unscrew the screws that attach the bumper to the wheel arches and protection.
-wrenched the wheel (depending on which side we understand).
-wheel arches take out the rivets and removed the fender liner.
-the fender liner, Unscrew the screws holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (the corners pull towards you).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward (looking to not break the wires and hoses).
-remove the connectors of the fog lights.
-switched the hoses to the headlight washers (if any).
Rear bumper
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws.
-wheel arches take out the rivets that attach the fender liner.
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew the screws holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings, behind the rear lights and opening boot
-with the assistant gently pulls the back bumper (don't want to break the wires).
-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).
