How to remove the front and rear bumper Lincoln Aviator (2002-2005)

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, pull out the pistons that attach the upper part of the bumper.

-from the bottom side, we Unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons.

-in the wheel arches, we Unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons that attach the slats (the front part).

-behind the slats, we Unscrew the screws that fasten the corners of the bumper to the fenders.

-remove the connectors from the fog lights.

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward from the rails in the fenders.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-remove the tail lights.

-under the tail lights, we Unscrew the screws.

-in the opening of the trunk, we Unscrew the screws.

-from the bottom side, we Unscrew the screws.

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-snap together the connectors of the sensors.
