How to remove front and rear bumper GMC Canyon (2004-2012)

Front bumper

The bumper is removed together with the amplifier.

-open the hood.

-remove the connectors, release them from the latches and remove the radiator grille.

-Unscrew the screws that fasten the wing flaps (if present).

-remove the connectors from the fog lights (if present).

-Unscrew the screws (shown in the diagram) that attach the amplifier to the body.

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward.

Rear bumper

The bumper is removed together with the amplifier.

-remove the connectors of electrical equipment (if any).

-from the bottom side, Unscrew the four screws that attach the bumper booster to the body.

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back.
